Vintage clothing, preloved bric-a-brac, secondhand vinyl, antique oddities. Snoopers Paradise is a huge indoor fleamarket in the heart of Brighton's bohemian North Laine. We are the vintage shop of your dreams.
Snoopers Paradise is a Brighton institution. We are both a must-see tourist attraction and a regular local hangout. A salmon pink emporium of eclecticism slap bang in the heart of the bohemian North Laine. 7000 square feet of... well, literally everything.
We are host to over 90 utterly unique stalls and cabinets selling everything from vintage wedding dresses to taxidermy moose heads. Squeeze through the iconic turnstile entrance and weave your way through a sprawling labyrinth of curiosities and collectables. Retro furniture, vintage crockery, iconic lighting, kitsch homeware, rare vinyl, all sorts of books, memorabilia, cult toys, old coins, antiques, hats, glasses, jewellery, ornaments, original artwork and everything you could possibly want to wear. The list is endless. Whether you're a seasoned snooper or a total newbie you are guaranteed to find something that interests you inside Snoopers.
It's very easy to lose an hour or two rummaging through boxes, trying on sunglasses and having sepia pictures taken in the photobooth, so don't tag us onto the end of your day - make us the main event. Just when you're making your way to the exit brandishing those 1950s cocktail glasses and that vintage camera you'll end up creaking up the stairs into Snoopers Attic and lose another hour trying on incredible clothes in our top floor Instagram heaven.
Snoopers is located in the centre of Kensington Gardens which was recently described by the Telegraph as one of the 6 greatest places to shop in the UK.
Snoopers Paradise is 30 years old. The shop which used to be John Blundell's furniture store (shown on the left) was purchased by Frank and John Thompson in 1991 and turned into a market place for independent traders. Starting off simply as a place to trade second hand furniture and other house clearance goods, it evolved over the years reacting to the desires of the quirky Brighton locals, gradually morphing into the epitome of eclecticism you see today.

This video was made in 2011 but it's still a nice little intro to Snoopers.
